IP68 Waterproof Connector

An IP68 waterproof connector is rated for continuous immersion, making it the choice for connections that stay under water or in permanently wet conditions. The IP68 Waterproof Connector's fully molded, sealed body keeps the splice dry when buried, submerged or exposed to constant moisture - a level verified on CE-tested models against EN 61984:2009. The sealing ring closes the cable entry completely, so water cannot travel along the wire into the joint.

For in-ground lighting, submersible equipment and buried cable runs, an IP68 rating provides the assurance that the connection will remain dry under continuous exposure. This reduces the maintenance risk of the most failure-prone part of an outdoor installation.

The integrity of an IP68 seal depends on consistent molding and assembly. The manufacturing value is in controlling that consistency in production: precision molding gives a repeatable closure at the cable entry, and products are tested after manufacturing. We produce connectors to drawings or samples so the body and entry match the specific submersible application, and can develop sealing configurations in-house when a deeper or longer submersion is required.

Each connector is packed to protect the sealed body in transit, and every batch is tested after production before packing. Carton specification and shipping method are confirmed with the order.
