Our factory is situated in Wuhu City, Anhui Province. Given our distance from major metropolitan centers, many of our clients may not have had the opportunity to visit us in person. Therefore, we would like to outline our production process for waterproof connectors-specifically, how we ensure the manufacturing quality of every order placed by our clients and how we strive to craft each individual product to the highest standard.
The first step is the random inspection of raw materials. The injection-molded plastic pellets, wiring, copper posts and pins, waterproof sealing rings, and other components required for each of our products are all sourced from external suppliers. Consequently, these raw materials must undergo and pass inspection before they can be utilized; any non-conforming materials are promptly replaced.
Secondly, the assembly and overmolding of waterproof connectors.We have prepared a wide variety of equipment and corresponding molds for waterproof connectors. This ensures that as soon as a customer places an order, we can immediately commence production-starting with the manufacturing of the relevant connector inserts-followed by assembly, welding, and cutting to the precise dimensions required. This process allows us to proceed directly to the final, unified overmolding stage.
Finally, an indispensable step is the testing of the waterproof connectors.We prioritize excellence in the production of our waterproof connectors-particularly those that have undergone welding and overmolding processes. We conduct rigorous testing on every single wired connector before proceeding with packaging; by ensuring the highest product quality, we are better able to retain our customers.
